If you don’t have these details, please contact your District office, Brigade Captain, Secretary or the NSW RFS Service Desk at 1800 00 5123.

Please choose a new password. It is important to remember that the password you choose must:

  • A password you haven’t previously used for this Account
  • A minimum of 10 characters
  • A mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (e.g. ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * etc.)
