To reset your NSW RFS password, please complete the following fields. You will need your username or volunteer number, and surname.

If you don’t have these details, please contact your District office, Brigade Captain, Secretary or the NSW RFS Service Desk at 1800 00 5123.

STEP 3 OF 3: Set new password

Please choose a new password. It is important to remember that the password you choose must:

  • A password you haven’t previously used for this Account
  • A minimum of 10 characters
  • A mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (e.g. ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * etc.)
